These terms of use outline the rules and obligations for engaging the services of Star Lite Facilities Management Ltd (SLFM), a facilities management company operating in the United Kingdom. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms.
1. Services Provided
1.1. SLFM provides professional facilities management services, including but not limited to:
Security Services (Manned Guarding, Mobile Patrols, and Dog Handling)
CCTV Monitoring and Void Property Protection
Fire Marshal Services
Cleaning Services

2. Client Obligations
2.1. The client is required to provide:
Accurate and complete details regarding the services required, including the scope, duration, and specific needs to facilitate effective planning and delivery.
Access to the property or portfolio where the services are to be rendered.
Agreement on payment terms prior to the commencement of any contract.
2.2. The client is also responsible for providing welfare facilities on-site for SLFM staff while they perform their duties.
3. Bookings and Payments
3.1. All bookings must be confirmed through SLFM’s designated representatives.
3.2. Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in suspension or termination of services.
Advance payment for one-time services.
Monthly invoicing for recurring services.
3.3. Late payments will incur a 10% fee of the outstanding balance after 14 days.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1. All cancellations must be made in writing and communicated to SLFM at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service.
4.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a full shift payment charge.
4.3. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed at SLFM’s discretion and in accordance with these terms.
5. Liability and Insurance

7. Health and Safety Compliance
7.1. SLFM operates in compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations in the UK.
7.2. Clients must inform SLFM of any known risks or hazards associated with their site to ensure the safety of our staff and services.
8. Amendments to Terms
8.1. SLFM reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated via our website or through direct communication with clients.
